William Paul Floral Design - Atlanta is a professional florist offering fresh flowers, arrangements, gifts, and related services. Our website allows you to browse and purchase a variety of floral products for different occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.

Ordering & Payment

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We process orders within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays).
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure online payment methods.
  • Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in USA and are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping and tax fees may apply, depending on the location of the delivery.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is processed by contacting us via email or phone. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Refund Policy: We can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at 404-383-1001.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas & Fees

In the event the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the arrangement will be left at the door. We are not responsible for weather-related damage or any other damages that may occur.

Customers requesting direct handoff must notify us by phone in advance. If a redelivery is required due to recipient unavailability, an additional delivery fee will apply.

  • Delivery Fees: A delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the recipient's address. You will see the exact fee before you finalize your order.
  • Free Local Delivery: Enjoy free local delivery right to your doorstep in Atlanta! Your delivery fee will be waived off automatically at checkout for all qualifying local orders. (#Note: add only if Florist offers Free local delivery)

Delivery Times

  • Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5 PM.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be prioritized for next-day delivery.
  • Special Requests & Time-Sensitive Orders: For time-sensitive events (weddings, funerals, etc.), please place your order well in advance and provide detailed instructions. While we'll do our best to meet requested delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
  • Holiday Deliveries: For major floral holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), please place your order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee timely delivery. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times on these days.

Recipient & Redelivery Policy

  • Accurate Information is Key: To avoid delays and ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that you have provided the recipient's full name, a complete and correct street address (including apartment or suite number), and a working contact phone number.
  • Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will use their best judgment to ensure the flowers are left in a safe place. This may include:
    1. Leaving the arrangement on a covered porch or with a doorman/receptionist.
    2. Leaving the flowers with a neighbor and leaving a note for the recipient.
    3. Attempting to contact the recipient or sender by phone to arrange a redelivery.
  • Redelivery Fees: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by the sender or the recipient is unavailable and we are unable to leave the flowers in a safe place, an additional redelivery fee will be charged to reattempt delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
All sales are final; no cancellations are accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to apply any available discount codes. William Paul Floral Design cannot provide refunds if a discount code is not used at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

Flowers & Perishable Products

Since our floral products are perishable, all sales are final, and no returns or cancellations are accepted once an order has been confirmed.
Specialty Gifts
All sales on specialty gift items are final, and no cancellations are accepted. Non-perishable specialty gift items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unopened and include original packaging and documentation.
Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, the cost of the specialty gift item will be refunded, but original and return shipping fees will not be covered. To initiate a return, please email us.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed, and the refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-14 days after we receive the item.
Disclaimer Regarding Delivery Outside Service Area
For any orders placed with us that are outside our designated delivery range, we will coordinate with a local florist in the recipient's area to fulfill the order. Due to the nature of this process, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns for these orders once they have been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Delivery Policy and Additional Fee Guidelines
Our drivers are instructed to leave orders at the door if the recipient is unavailable. If you prefer that your order not be left unattended, please include specific instructions in the 'Special Instructions' section when placing your order. Please note that if the recipient is unavailable during our first delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee will apply for a second delivery.

Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Product Availability: We strive to ensure that all products on our website are in stock. However, in rare cases, some items may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we may offer a substitute product of equal value and quality, or provide you with a refund if no suitable replacement is available.
  • Flower Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may need to substitute certain flowers or plants. Rest assured, all substitutions will be of equal or higher value.
